The Government of Ekiti State has commenced the construction of about
four hundred and fifty (450) metres internal road at the Federal
University of Oye (FUOYE), Oye-Ekiti to ease vehicular movement within
the Institution.
The Director of Physical Planning of the University, Mr. Ayodele
Babafemi while addressing Journalists on the development, commended
the Governor of Ekiti State, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, noting that his administration
has demonstrated commitment to the physical development of the Federal
Institution since his first tenure.
The 450 metres road links the administrative building with the
University Library.
Mr. Ayodele also implored the governor to complete the campus main road which links Are/Afao that would take just about twenty minutes’
drive to Ado Ekiti, the State Capital.
