Ekiti State Government hereby announces the maiden edition of Agbeloba Agribusiness Forum 2013 themed “Engaging Ekiti Competitive Resources for Nigeria’s Agri-food sector”, to be held from 29th -30th October, 2013 at Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort, Ikogosi, Nigeria.

Forum Highlight
The forum, a combination of High-Level Plenary Sessions, Technical Workshops, Pre-organized One-on-One Business Meetings, a business Market Place, Networking dinner and Governor’s parley, Public- Private Sector Dialogue (PPD) and feature of documentaries on Ekiti Agribusiness sector, its achievements and Agriculture/Tourist site-seeing, is expected to generate public and private sector discourse and partnerships for the actualization of the State’s Agricultural Agenda.

Dialogues will cover key policy issues and in-depth conversation on how the private and public sector (both internal & external) stakeholders can play a greater role in agricultural development programmes of the State. It will further highlight the imperative of youth participation in the agriculture value chains.

Participants will have access to a unique networking platform, as well as the opportunity to showcase products and services. Also, in a bid to encourage strategic investments in the State agribusiness sector, Ekiti State Government will be sealing important deals, while adequate platform will be given to youth enterprises in search of mentor-mentee arrangements.
