EKSG Approves Payment Of 2012 Bursary To Students

Ekiti State Government has approved the payment of Ten Thousand Naira bursary allowance to students of Ekiti State origin in tertiary institutions across the country.
According to a statement from the State Scholarship Board, the allowance was to alleviate their financial burden and encourage them
to attain academic excellence.
The statement noted that the payment would commence with students drawn from the Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti; Federal Polytechnic,
Ado Ekiti; College of Education, Ikere Ekiti and Crown Polytechnic, Odo, Ado Ekiti.
It added that students of the state origin from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Ikere Campus and All States College of Education, Ero, Akure would also benefit in the current batch.
It advised the affected students to visit the office of the Bursars of their institutions for the payment with their current school Identity cards.
