TESCOM Boss Advises Workers To Keep Scorecards

The Chairman of Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Prince Bayo Adeniran has advised workers to operate individual scorecards in order to set their priorities and goals as well as assist in proper target-setting and performance appraisal.

Speaking during a meeting with the management and staff of the commission to mark the beginning of year 2013 and set agenda for the New Year, Prince Adeniran enjoined workers to have the fear of God in their hearts and allow God to guide their steps.

The TESCOM boss said that it was also pertinent to forgive one another so that their prayers would not be hindered.
He also stressed the need for people to imbibe the habit of praising God in order to receive more blessings in the New Year.
Stressing the need for people to count their blessings and see the marvelous work of God in their individual lives, Adeniran said more would be achieved through praises.
He assured that the Fayemi led administration would continue to see to the welfare of workers in the State and appealed to them to reciprocate government’s gesture.
