Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi is among eminent international personalities and pro democracy figures attending the Democratic Party’s National Convention holding in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, between September 3 and 6th.
Governor Fayemi who was invited by the national leadership of the party is among eminent African leaders billed to witness the nomination of President Barack Obama as the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate for the November election.
The Governor will also attend the International Leaders Forum (ILF) organized by the National Democratic Institute (NDI), during the period.
