Application forms for admission into the degree programme of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State is out. The Federal Government of Nigeria has upgraded the Nigeria Police Academy, Kano to a degree-awarding institution.
The five-year course (six years in case of a degree in law) will enable interested Ekiti Indegenes to obtain a degree in any discipline of their choice and also receive, professional training which would enable them become Assistant Superintendent of Police.
Interested applicants are to purchase scratch cards at any branch of Zenith Bank Plc Nationwide at the cost of N3,000.00 with bank charges of N500 and apply online with Bank slips containing the confirmation order number and log in to http://www.nigpoliceacademy.org./
Applicants should posses a minimum of Six credits in the Senior Secondary School Examination (SSCE) at not more than two (2) sittings, including a credit pass in English Language and Mathematics, should also be between ages 18 and 22 with a height of not less than 1.8 metres for males and 1.63 metres for females and with expanded chest size of not less than 91 cm and should be free from any physical disabilities.
Applicants will appear for an examination in 18 different centres nationwide on Saturday 15th September, 2012 with downloaded and printed acknowledgement cards.
