Ekiti State Commissioner for Culture, Arts and Tourism, Chief Ronke Okusanya has charged staff of the Ministry to give maximum co-operation to the pioneer Director General of the Ekiti State Council for Arts and Culture, Mrs. Yetunde Fosudo.
Chief Okusanya gave the charge during a meeting of the management of the ministry with the new Director General in Ado-Ekiti.
The Commissioner who described Mrs. Fosudo as an experienced hand in the culture sector, said the D.G would further bring Ekiti to limelight in the area of Arts and Culture.
In her response, the Director General expressed readiness to work assiduously in order to actualize the 8-point developmental agenda of
the present administration.
She explained that she is already working on a proposal on children creative workshop to commemorate the May 27 children’s day
Mrs. Fosudo who was a former Deputy Director at the National Arts Theatre, promised to render selfless service towards making Ekiti a choice destination.
