This is to inform the general public that the Ekiti State Government has caused to be enacted through the Ekiti State House of Assembly, a law regulating the practice, erection and usage of signages, advert structures and billboards in the State for the purpose of information notice cited as the Ekiti State Signage and Advertisement EKSAA Law cap. 10 of 2007, the law provides for the regulation of outdoor advertisement, the display of Signages and Hoarding.
