Farmers in Ekiti State are beginning to reap bountiful harvest driven by Government support initiatives and increased adoption of modern farming practices.
The State Commissioner for Information, Rt. Hon. Olatunbosun made this affirmation while featuring on a live Yoruba language simulcast in all broadcast stations in the State tagged “Se e ti Gbo”.

Describing the Oyebanji administration as all-inclusive and responsive, Rt. Hon. Olatunbosun stressed that the State Government now prioritizes the needs and voices of all citizens, ensuring that policies and decisions are made with broad representation and are responsive to the concerns of the entire population.
He attributed the information, experiences, and understanding that Governor Oyebanji possesses and his uncanny ability to effectively analyze complex situations and the knowledge to develop and implement solutions to his strong pedigree and antecedents which stemmed from his early days in the struggle for the creation of the State as well as his vast experience in the administration of the State since creation.
He said “using the six-point agenda to touch every community in the State, Mr. Governor has continued to bolster agriculture, education, worker welfare, and industrial growth in a reflection of commitment to holistic development for all and sundry in the state.
“He, in fact, completely revolutionized farming in the State, turning agriculture to agribusiness. There is no sector that has not been extensively affected. Over ₦15 billion in pension arrears have been paid with regular monthly gratuities exceeding ₦200 million to clear backlogs. There is more job satisfaction and increase level of contentment as a result of government/workers relationship alongside digitalized promotions and upgraded offices for civil servants.
“Is it the boosting small and medium scale enterprises that we want to talk about or infrastructural development including electricity supply, the independent power project, rural roads as well as good urban road network?”
Olatunbosun assured that the Oyebanji administration would remain focused in the task of rapidly developing the State adding that the retinue of endorsements for Governor Oyebanji second term in office is only a call to duty and encouragement to perform better.
